Chef Brandt Bishop launched Best Slope Pizza in 2023 and has been on a high-speed trajectory ever since. We have worked with Brandt since our very first wine dinner in 2019, and while he is known for his high-tier, multi-course dinners, his pizza-making skills are right on par. Join us this summer for a series of pizza pop-ups, featuring his naturally leavened, Neapolitan-style, Gozney oven–powered pies.

Chef Brandt's pizzas are the perfect size for one person, and they range in price between $18 and $25.
Brandt always features a broad selection of pizzas crafted with locally made produce and thoughtfully sourced ingredients – from classic Margherita pizzas with fresh basil and tomatoes to innovative pies made with creative flavor combinations.
Yes, Chef Brandt usually offers a vegetarian-friendly pizza at his pop-ups.
Chef Brandt's pizza pop-ups are 100% walk-in, and no reservations are taken. It's casual, communal, and fluid. We do ask that parties of 8 or more reach out to confirm seating availability.
All of our dining is hosted outdoors, so plan accordingly. We do offer some covered areas, but be prepared for the afternoon sun, no matter where you sit. Bring a hat, jacket, and sunglasses.
Our primary parking area is between our house and the winery, and we also have plenty of overflow parking past the winery, over the bridge. If you have a large vehicle, like a sprinter van or small RV, please give us a call.
