"My lifelong joy of bringing people together over drinks is evident in how I operate in the tasting room and how I deliver at our wine dinners. Making a great cocktail requires the same attention to detail as making a great bottle of wine. It's all about the balance of acid, sugar, texture, alcohol, and color. And I love sharing the techniques I've learned over the years."
