RECURRING 2024 SEASON-LONG EVENTS
Friday Steak Night with Joseph Kerns – Join us later this summer as we welcome back chef Joseph Kerns for Steak Night, held each Friday, rain or shine, from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. or until sold out. Joe sources locally raised beef and organic, along with local vegetables and fruit, for a dinner experience that’s truly a taste of our North Fork Valley. We’ll kick off the season on Friday, May 24th, with the first Steak Night, which runs all summer long through the end of October. No reservations.
Wednesday Summer Dinner Series with Brandt Bishop – Save the dates for this exciting dinner series held the second Wednesday throughout the summer season, featuring a multi-course, wine-paired dinner, presented by chef Brandt Bishop of Best Slope Culinary, held here at the Tasting Overlook. Menu and ticketing options will be posted in April, so get ready! Reservations will be required.

UPCOMING 2024 SPECIAL EVENTS
Ouray Winter Wine Festival – Saturday, February 17th – Join us at the 2nd annual Ouray Winter Wine Festival, held at the historic Wright Opera House. This intimate wine festival boasts unique and upscale offerings from Western Colorado’s wineries and local purveyors within the culinary and retail markets. Attendees get to sample sips from eight wineries, three distilleries, and one cidery from Colorado’s Western Slope. Purchases can be made by the glass or bottle, and they can also be enjoyed fireside among several lounge seating arrangements throughout the venue. Attendees will enjoy the sounds of local musicians and indulge in unique culinary delights. Get your tickets here.
Sip into Spring: A Celebration of Colorado Wine – Saturday, May 4th – We are thrilled to be back again for the fourth annual Sip into Spring wine festival in beautiful Palisade, Colorado. Join us at Orchard River View, along with 11 other Colorado wineries, as we bring together the best of the wine, food, art, and music worlds. In addition to receiving high-quality swag, attendees experience winemaker-led tastings and enjoy local wines at the venue, with the option to purchase bottles to stock their home cellars. Barrel Into Spring – Friday and Saturday, May 10th and 11th – Enjoy a weekend of wine tastings across the Grand Valley. This self-guided tour features eight wineries and includes barrel tastings and food pairings from chefs, caterers, and restauranteurs. Each winery offers discounts on their wines and products. Get your tickets for this weekend and come see us at Sauvage Spectrum, featuring chef Brandt Bishop’s noteworthy cuisine! Tickets go live on February 19th at 9:00 a.m.
Asado on the Mesa – Wednesday, May 22nd – Save the date for the first of two asado dinners with the Forage Sisters, here at the vineyard, as we gear up for the North Fork Uncorked weekend! We’re thrilled to host chefs Mirasol and Nicole for an outdoor, multi-course, fire-cooked dinner, featuring the first wave of our 2023 wine release. North Fork Uncorked – Saturday and Sunday, June 8th and 9th – The wineries of the North Fork Valley invite you to come to Paonia and Hotchkiss to enjoy a fun-filled weekend of culinary events, wine and cider, music, and barrel tastings to celebrate the beginning of the 2024 summer season. New releases of limited production wines will be available for tasting and purchase. We’ll be popping our inaugural release of our two traditional method sparkling wines this weekend – get ready!

West Elks Wine Trail – Friday through Sunday, August 2nd, 3rd, and 4th – Discover the beautiful North Fork Valley and its award-winning wineries with this exclusive wine event. Immerse yourself in the picturesque landscapes of vineyards as you sip on delicious wines from the West Elks AVA. With your ticket purchase, you’ll enjoy complimentary wine tastings throughout the weekend and receive a commemorative wine glass and tote bag. Winemakers will guide you through the tasting experience, providing insights into the unique terroir of the North Fork Valley and the winemaking process.
