While Chefs Mirasol and Nicole of Forage Sisters are well-known for their innovative, large-scale, farm-to-table dinners, they are excited to offer a selection of seasonally inspired small plates that complement our portfolio of wines. The Forage Fridays series is a laidback-yet-elevated event, a perfect mix of casual and fine dining. Come join us for a true taste of hospitality in the midst of Colorado wine country.
Whether you're looking for a pre-supper snack or a full-on dinner experience, the Forage Sisters team will be serving a selection of signature dishes and a rotating offering of their worldly, locally sourced, seasonal cuisine.
Chefs Mirasol and Nicole lean heavily on vegetables, so they'll always have a vegetarian option. They are also flexible with dairy-free and gluten-free needs.
Forage Fridays are 100% walk-in, and no reservations are taken. It's casual, communal, and fluid. We recommend arriving for dinner on the earlier side of the evening. We do ask that parties of 8 or more reach out to confirm seating availability.
All of our dining is hosted outdoors, so plan accordingly. We do offer some covered areas, but be prepared for the afternoon sun, no matter where you sit. Bring a hat, jacket, and sunglasses.
Our primary parking area is between our house and the winery, and we also have plenty of overflow parking past the winery, over the bridge. If you have a large vehicle, like a sprinter van or small RV, please give us a call.
