Do you offer on-site pickup?
Yes, but please give us a call or stop by during posted business hours to make your purchase. This sales platform is for shipping only, and we pay a substantial fee to process these orders.
Is there a minimum order for shipping?
Yes, there is a 3-bottle minimum.
Do you offer a case discount?
Yes, we offer a 10% case discount on 12 bottles for non-club members either here at the tasting room or for shipped orders.
Club members always receive their respective discounts.
Do you charge a packaging fee for shipping?
Yes, we charge a $5 fee, but we waive this fee on orders of 3, 4, 6, or 12, as those are the standard-sized shippers we stock. The fee only applies when there are empty slots left in the shipping boxes, as shipping costs are calculated by both weight and dimension. For example, if you were to order 7 bottles of wine, we would pack the wines in a 12-bottle shipping box, and there would be 5 empty slots, hence the $5 packaging fee helps defray the cost produced by the necessary use of a larger shipping box.
Club members always receive waived packaging fees.
