Steak Night has become a staple of summer dining in the North Fork Valley.
Chef Joe sources as many ingredients as possible from right here in the valley, and his style is ingredient-focused with a French twist. Steak Night is a lively, spirited event, a perfect mix of casual and fine dining.
Come join us for a true taste of hospitality in the midst of Colorado wine country.
Pricing is determined by Chef Joe every week, but prices generally range $30-40 for entrees and $10-20 for sides, appetizers, and desserts.
Chef Joe fires up at the grill and always serves locally sourced steak. In addition, there is usually a seafood or chicken option, along with an appetizer, salad, or cheese plate. He always brings something sweet to wrap things up.
Chef Joe's preparations are heavy on vegetables, so he can usually accommodate vegetarian requests, whether you're looking for something grilled or fresh.
We proudly feature our food-friendly white and rosé wines (no reds), and they pair perfectly. Trust us. Once Steak Night begins, we only offer glasses and bottles, no tasting flights.
Steak Night is 100% walk-in; no reservations are taken. That's the fun of Steak Night – it's casual, communal, and fluid. That said, we recommend arriving for dinner on the earlier side of the evening.
All of our dining is hosted outdoors, so plan accordingly. We do offer some covered areas, but be prepared for the afternoon sun, no matter where you sit. Bring a hat, jacket, and sunglasses.
Our primary parking area is between our house and the winery, and we also have plenty of overflow parking past the winery, over the bridge. If you have a large vehicle, like a sprinter van or small RV, please give us a call.
