A visit to the North Fork Valley over the West Elks Wine Trail weekend wouldn't be complete without coming over for Steak Night. Chef Joseph Kerns continues to serve his locally sourced, fire-cooked steaks, featuring seasonal vegetables and an array of eclectic plates. While his menu changes weekly, the focus remains the same – plating up the valley's best and freshest.

Friday, August 2nd
Chef Brandt Bishop and his Best Slope Culinary team are here for a late-afternoon and early evening pop-up, featuring their technique-driven, regionally nomadic cuisine. This is the height of the season, and Chef Brandt's plates will reflect the bounty of the valley. Expect detailed small plates that pair perfectly with the afternoon weather and our chilled whites and rosés. Get ready to be both surprised and delighted with this menu.
Saturday, August 3rd
We are thrilled to welcome back our friends at Bonfire Oyster Co. for a day of raw and grilled oysters, along with other seafood delights. We love living in the North Fork Valley for its incredible array of agricultural products, but fresh seafood is something we miss. This wandering raw bar spares no expense and works directly with oyster farms to ensure the absolute freshest quality. We're picky, and Bonfire Oyster Co. always delivers. We'll have a special tasting flight specifically paired for this day.

If you love drinking wine and making cocktails, this midday wine cocktail workshop hosted right in our culinary garden is a perfect way to spend your Sunday. Deliciously level-up your cocktail-making skills and learn the pro tips of using wine in cocktails with a focus on seasonal ingredients. Jayme brings her expertise from over a decade of developing seasonal cocktail recipes for restaurants, publications, and her own site, Jayme Grows Drinks, and she loves marrying two of her favorite passions, wine and cocktails.

Are tickets required for the weekend?
No. Our winery association is offering a $40 ticket, but you are absolutely welcome to come out and enjoy the valley's offerings as you normally would. The ticket is optional.
What does the $40 ticket get me?
This ticket covers your tasting fees on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday at each of the 12 wineries and cideries, one tasting per location. You'll also receive a commemorative wine glass and branded West Elks AVA reusable tote. It's a great deal if you're here for the weekend and already planning on visiting several wineries.
Where do my ticket dollars go?
The $40 ticket proceeds go directly to the West Elks AVA non-profit account, not the individual wineries. This is our collective means of generating revenue to further our shared goals of quality and reach.
When do tickets go live?
Tickets go live on Monday, June 17th. A limited number of these tickets will be available, and they will sell out before the actual event, so act quickly.
